​Nature of Services
The support services provided are non-clinical in nature and may include:

- Personal development support

- Goal setting and accountability

- Educational or career guidance

- Stress management strategies (non-medical)

- Relationship building​

Non-Clinical Disclosure

The provider is not a licensed clinical counselor, psychotherapist, psychologist, or medical

professional.

The provider does not diagnose, treat, or provide therapy for mental health conditions.

Services are intended for personal growth, education, and support purposes only.

Services provided are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

 

Limits of Confidentiality
The provider will keep information private and confidential, except as required by law. This includes but is not limited to situations involving:

- Suspected child, elder, or dependent adult abuse

- Threats of harm to self or others

- Court orders or legal mandates

 

Referrals 
If at any time it becomes clear that clinical or therapeutic services are needed, I understand that the

provider will recommend seeking support from a licensed mental health professional.
